Overview
The School of Arts and Sciences (SAS) is the largest academic unit at Rutgers University and the center of the undergraduate experience on the Rutgers–New Brunswick campus and is comprised of 41 academic departments spanning the liberal arts. Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Research Assistant – Seasonal for the School of Arts and Sciences – Computer Science.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
  • Possess a strong background in compiler construction, quantum computing, and linear algebra.
  • Conducts research activities for approximately 40 hours per week in collaboration with graduate students within our research group.

Salary Details
$22.00 - $25.00/hourly

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Certifications/Licenses

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong background in compiler construction, quantum computing, and linear algebra.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
