Description I’m looking for a fast, detail-oriented research assistant to help me build a contact list of local and national organizations that support health & wellness providers, small business owners, and entrepreneurs. The mission is to reach organizations that would resonate with helping healers and wellness providers (therapists, holistic practitioners, small practice owners) become more visible online. I need someone to find the right contacts at these organizations so I can reach out directly. Responsibilities: Research organizations in categories such as: Health & wellness associations (mental health, holistic, fitness, integrative care) Small business & entrepreneur organizations (SBDC, SCORE, minority business councils, startup incubators, etc.) Black-owned / minority-focused wellness and business organizations Community and nonprofit networks aligned with wellness and small business support Identify key contacts (directors, program managers, outreach/community leads, partnership coordinators). Collect accurate contact information (name, role, email, LinkedIn, phone if available). Enter all data into a clean Google Sheet with fields for: Organization name Category (wellness, entrepreneur, nonprofit, etc.) Contact name + title Contact info (email, phone, LinkedIn) Notes (local/national, referral potential, alignment with mission) Provide a short 1–2 line summary of each organization. Requirements: Strong online research skills Experience finding organizational contacts via LinkedIn, Google, and directories Organized and detail-oriented (clean spreadsheet work is a must) Able to work quickly and accurately Bonus if you’ve researched in nonprofit, health/wellness, or small business sectors Deliverables & Timeline: A working contact list of at least 300 organizations with key contacts Delivered in stages with a tiered timeline: Week 1 → 100 orgs + contacts Week 2 → 100 orgs + contacts Week 3 → Final 100 orgs + contacts (minimum 300 total) Weekly progress updates required Budget: Open to hourly or fixed-price proposals Must be able to start immediately and deliver the first 100 contacts within 7 days To Apply: Share your experience with research + contact finding Provide a sample of a similar contact list or spreadsheet you’ve built Confirm you can meet the 100-per-week delivery timeline
