Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy, and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team at uBreakiFix – NJ. This role combines hands-on electronics repair with retail management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer device repairs (smartphones, tablets, laptops), micro-soldering experience, and a track record of successful team leadership.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, managing inventory, leading a team of 5–6 staff members, and ensuring our customers receive best-in-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and repair quality standards
• Manage scheduling, payroll processing, and general administrative duties
• Handle interviews and hiring of new team members
• Conduct repairs on electronic devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
• Perform or oversee soldering and board-level repairs
• Implement and manage training and development programs
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and store performance
• Maintain inventory, ordering parts and supplies as needed while managing profitability
• Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment

Qualifications:

• (preferably in tech/repair sector)
• Strong background in electronics repair (smartphones, tablets, laptops)
• Experience with micro-soldering and board-level repairs (required)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily responsibilities
• Proficient in POS systems, scheduling software, and basic sales/inventory calculations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
