Discretion is absolute. Service is flawless. Availability is non-stop.We are quietly building a small, elite, fully remote team that will cover every time zone around the world. All work is 100% remote—only a reliable computer and fast, stable internet are required.What you’ll do every day (shifts run 24 hours a day)Deliver instant, white-glove VIP service to ultra-high-net-worth clients booking private ground transportation worldwide Respond to reservations and inquiries within minutes, any hour of the day or night Follow up on warm, high-value leads and secure bookings Continuously expand and vet our global network of premium independent chauffeurs and fleet owners (screening calls, vehicle photos/specs, insurance, driver standards) Match trips in real time with the perfect vehicle and chauffeur Keep confidential records immaculate in our CRM You’re the perfect candidate if youHave native-level English and flawless written/spoken communication Are obsessively responsive (clients never wait more than a few minutes) Have proven experience (even 6+ months) in one or more of the following: → Private aviation / FBOs / private jet charter companies → Forbes 5-Star or Michelin-level hospitality (luxury hotels, private members clubs, superyacht charter, etc.) → Established executive black-car or limousine companies Understand the expectations of billionaire and celebrity clientele (or can learn extremely quickly) Thrive on total confidentiality—every name, itinerary, and conversation, and document stays 100% private Are comfortable with outbound calls and polished outreach (templates and leads provided) Are available to work one of the following shifts (we are hiring in EVERY time zone): → US overnight / graveyard → Early morning US → Standard US business hours → Evening US → Asia / Australia / Middle East / Europe-friendly hours Position details100% remote—work from anywhere in the world Full-time preferred (35–40 hrs/week); strong part-time considered for perfect fits We intentionally staff 24/7, so all time zones and shift preferences are welcome Long-term, ongoing role with fast track to senior concierge or team-lead positions Paid weekly via Upwork To apply, please include in your proposalWhy serving the world’s most exclusive clientele at all hours excites you Specific experience at private jet companies, ultra-luxury hospitality, or established black-car/limousine services (you may redact company names if under NDA—just describe the level) Your current time zone and which shifts you are available for (overnight, early morning, daytime, evening—whatever works for you) We are interviewing and onboarding immediately.(Company name, client list, and full details shared only after mutual NDA.)If you live for five-star service and ironclad discretion—and you’re ready to work whenever the world’s elite need to move—we want you on the team.
