We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join TLF Tax Services as Remote Tax Preparers. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, enjoys working independently, and wants the flexibility of managing their own clients.

As a Tax Preparer with our company, you will:

• Work remotely and set your own schedule

• Prepare and file accurate federal and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses

• Build and maintain your own client base (we provide tools, resources, and guidance to help you succeed)

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure compliance with IRS regulations

• Stay up-to-date with current tax laws and practices

Requirements:

• Previous tax preparation experience preferred but not required (training available)

• PTIN required (or ability to obtain before tax season)

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable internet and computer access
