We are looking for a part-time Remote Sales Outreach Representative to support our ongoing outreach and lead-generation efforts. This role focuses on contacting businesses in specific target categories, beginning with the seafood and food distribution sector, but will expand into other industries as needed. Responsibilities • Conduct email outreach using our provided scripts, templates, and guidelines. • Suggest alternative messaging or outreach strategies if you have sales experience. • Build and maintain a list of potential leads in our shared tracking sheet. • Initiate follow-up communication with prospective clients. • Optional: Make phone calls to qualified leads if you are comfortable doing so. • Coordinate warm leads back to our internal team for next steps. • Maintain professional, consistent communication and provide daily or weekly progress updates. Requirements • Must be available to work between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM Pacific Time (your choice). • Strong written English communication skills; comfortable writing professional emails. • Experience in sales, outreach, or lead generation preferred but not required if you are skilled and proactive. • Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving outreach strategies. • Reliable internet and organized workflow. Expectations • Week 1: Learn the product line, review scripts, begin outreach, and show early activity. • Weeks 2–4: Meet weekly outreach targets, generate leads, and confidently handle initial conversations. • Provide suggestions based on what you see working or not working. • Maintain accuracy and consistency in tracking contacts and responses. Position Details • Part-time: 15–20 hours per week. • Initial trial period of 1 month, with potential for extended or long-term work based on performance. • Remote/contract position. • Pay rate will depend on experience and skill level.
