We’re hiring a full-time sales assistant/closer to support two growing operations. You’ll start by: • Making outbound business-to-business cold calls to pitch services • Taking over inbound leads for our real estate investment company (seller leads) • Following a simple script to present offers and close deals This is not high-pressure cold sales — we provide training, leads, and systems. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Make outbound B2B calls to company lists (we provide the data + scripts) • Speak with inbound seller leads from our real estate pipeline • Build rapport, gather info, and follow negotiation script • Update CRM with call notes and tags • Follow up with leads by call/text when needed ⸻ Requirements: • Clear English (send a voice sample to be considered) • Able to follow scripts while sounding natural • At least 1 year of phone experience preferred, but not required if you’re sharp • Reliable internet + headset • Comfortable working EST hours (full-time) • Hungry to learn, coachable, and consistent ⸻ Pay: • $7/hour starting rate • Bonus available for closed real estate contracts • Potential for role expansion and raises based on performance ⸻ To Apply: Send: 1.
