While this is a work-from-home position, all interviews and initial training sessions will be conducted in person to ensure you’re fully equipped for success. Responsibilities:

• Educate on all health insurance benefits, pricing and build meaningful relationships to ensure lifelong clients.
• Generate new leads while maintaining your current book of buisness.
• Strategize with team members on the psychology of sales and sales approaches.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team player mentality.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while providing great customer service.
