Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while adhering to company policies.
• Provide information on insurance products, benefits administration, and HIPAA regulations as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market trends and competitive positioning.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups through our sales administration system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance sales processes is a plus.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Experience in telemarketing or lead generation is advantageous.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and HIPAA compliance is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts and documentation.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
