We are New York Digital Group, a U.S.-based technology company. We’re looking for a remote recruiter from Pakistan/India to help us hire senior Data Engineers. What we need: Source candidates based in Pakistan with 12+ years experience in data engineering (Python, SQL, Spark, Snowflake, AWS/GCP/Azure). Focus on senior titles: Principal / Staff / Lead Engineer. Strong English communication required. Record candidate interviews for review. Compensation: $100 per successful hire (success-based only).
