Quest Design & Millwork is seeking a passionate and results-driven Project Manager to lead high-impact, design/build manufacturing projects from concept to completion. As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of it all, driving innovation and excellence in every project. What You’ll Do: Lead and coordinate all phases of manufacturing-based projects—from RFPs and sales orders to production and installation. Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met with precision. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. Review and approve architectural fixture drawings, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Monitor production progress through hands-on reviews and financial tracking. Collaborate cross-functionally with Interior Design, Graphic Design, Engineering, Purchasing, Estimation, Operations, and Installation teams. Drive revenue and margin growth in partnership with Sales and Operations. Travel occasionally (up to 10%) to support project success. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred, not required). 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in design-build fixtures or displays. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project-tracking tools like Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Asana. Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing environments (preferred).
