We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized **Remote Paralegal** with strong legal drafting skills to assist attorneys in preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal research, document preparation, and compliance, with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities: Draft, edit, and proofread a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, discovery materials, and correspondence. Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review. Prepare case summaries, exhibits, and supporting documentation. Review and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines. Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as directed by supervising attorney. Utilize document management and e-filing systems effectively. Manage multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines in a remote work setting. Qualifications: Exceptional English Proficiency. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (or equivalent experience). Paralegal certification preferred. 2+ years of experience drafting legal documents in a law firm or corporate legal department. Strong understanding of legal terminology, formats, and procedures. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, or similar). Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup. Preferred Experience (Optional): Experience with real estate, contracts, litigation, or corporate law. Knowledge of e-filing systems and legal document templates. Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.).
