We are looking for a reliable Help Desk Support Specialist to provide remote technical assistance to clients across the United States. You will handle support tickets, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities: •Respond to help desk requests via email, chat, or phone. •Troubleshoot common IT issues (Windows, software, network). •Escalate unresolved problems to senior technicians. •Document support requests and resolutions. Qualifications: •Must be located in the United States. •Prior experience in technical support or customer service. •Strong communication and problem-solving skills. •Familiarity with help desk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar). Work Type: Remote Schedule: Flexible hours Pay: $20–$28 per hour
