We’re looking for a reliable remote financial assistant with hands-on Odoo 18 Accounting experience to help with ongoing financial tasks including entering vendor bills, reconciling accounts, and attaching scanned documents. Applicants MUST have previous or current experience doing similar accounting work for a U.S.-based company, and we will be contacting those companies for references. Accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism are critical. Before beginning work, you will be required to: Sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) Agree to our Remote Data Privacy & Security Policy Work under a restricted Odoo 18 user role Follow our structured workflow for processing scanned documents We provide scanned PDFs that “drive” the work, and you’ll attach them to the correct records in Odoo as part of the accounting process. Part-time: approx. 5–15 hours/week with a flexible schedule. Long-term work for the right fit.
