Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a passion for assisting customers and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Utilize computer systems to track customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications
- Proficient in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Experience in data entry and using computerized systems
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,477.00 - $78,534.00 per year
