Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding support via phone, email, and chat. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships through prompt and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

  • Document customer interactions in the system with a high level of accuracy.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.

  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (call center, retail, or online support preferred).

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable using customer service software and remote communication tools.
