Responsibilities
- Prospect & Engage Clients: Identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and present customized product/service solutions.
- Sales Cycle Leadership: Manage end-to-end sales processes—from lead generation to negotiation and closing—ensuring exceptional client experiences.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Account Management: Foster long-term client relationships through ongoing support, upselling/cross-selling, and proactive issue resolution.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve/exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs while maintaining accurate pipeline reporting.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and support teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
Skills
- Strategic Sales Acumen: Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales with demonstrable success in meeting/exceeding quotas.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish trust, negotiate effectively, and manage key accounts.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal/written abilities; multilingual skills are a plus for diverse client engagement.
- Analytical Aptitude: Ability to assess client needs, analyze market data, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Autonomy & Drive: Self-motivated with experience in field sales, time management, and independent decision-making.
- Adaptability: Quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments and masters new products/services rapidly.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and sales analytics platforms.

Pay: $3,400.00 - $4,500.00 per month
