We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Remote Clerical Records Associate to join our Administrative team. In this full-time hourly role, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing important records and documents, ensuring accuracy, and supporting administrative functions within the organization. If you have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and are comfortable working independently in a remote setup, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and update company records and documents in compliance with established protocols.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all records.
- Respond to information requests from internal teams and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Prepare routine reports and summaries as requested by management.
- Review and verify accuracy of documents and data to eliminate errors.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate accurate recordkeeping.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding record maintenance and destruction.
- Provide general administrative support as needed for the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively within deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality of records.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in administrative fields are a plus.
The pay range for this role is:
27 - 32 USD per hour(Remote (Palm Bay, Florida, US))
