Position Overview

Lead XCMG's rental equipment sales strategy and execution primarily across the East and West Regions and a dedicated resource for West Region including the Redlands area. Drive revenue growth through rental fleet expansion, dealer development, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute regional rental strategy
• Lead regional sales managers
• Build relationships with major rental or dealer accounts
• Manage rental programs
• Achieve regional revenue targets

Business Development

• Expand rental market presence
• Create competitive rental programs
• Develop pricing and financing options
• Monitor market trends and competition
• Identify acquisition opportunities

Operations Management

• Oversee regional rental fleet
• Manage budget and forecasting
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor fleet utilization
• Coordinate with service support

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 7+ years rental industry experience
• 3+ years management experience
• Strong rental/dealer relations background
• West Region residence required
