• We’re seeking a hands-on leader to oversee maintenance operations across a multi-property portfolio. This 100% field-based role ensures operational excellence, safety compliance, and resident satisfaction while supporting and guiding maintenance teams.

What You’ll Do

• - Lead and train maintenance staff; promote teamwork and safety.
• - Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and quality control.
• - Respond to emergencies and assist with work orders as needed.
• - Manage vendors, budgets, and capital projects.
• - Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ADA, and Fair Housing standards.

• Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 5+ years in multifamily/property maintenance.
• Supervisory experience with strong technical knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills. -
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel regionally
