Fully Remote | Paid Training | with Commission About the Role: We’re looking for a self-motivated, well-spoken Referral Partnership Representative under the Sales department to join our team. You’ll represent our company and services in calls and video meetings with potential referral partners and influencers, build long-term relationships, and help guide them through onboarding and partnership development. This is a part-time remote position (about 15–20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, understands sales dynamics, and thrives in a performance-based environment. Key Responsibilities * Represent our company and services on calls and video calls with referral partners and influencers. * Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with partners through ongoing communication. * Serve as the main point of contact for influencer collaborations, including setting up agreements and managing contracts. * Track meetings, make notes, and manage follow-up tasks in the CRM. * Respond to messages and emails from partners and influencers. * Report progress, challenges, and opportunities to the manager. * Participate in training sessions and apply new skills to strengthen sales performance. Job Requirements * 3+ years of sales experience (experience in moving or home service industries is a plus). * Familiarity with the Los Angeles area and moving/home services market is a strong plus, as it helps in building authentic local partnerships * Fluent in English (both written and spoken). * Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and online communication tools. * Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently. * Professional communication and relationship-building skills. * Reliable internet connection, cell phone, and computer/laptop.
