Hello, We have been working on some designs for some time, however after consulting with a contractor we need to do a redesign such that we significantly reduce the scope. We have the following documents: Structural, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Full Architecture Binder This is a fully concrete home, and it is 2 stores that are essentially mirrors of each other. We'd like to completely remove the bottom floor, leaving just 1 floor. Ideally we'd like to avoid having to go back to do structural changes (hence why we want to just remove a floor) In addition some smaller changes, like location of front door, removal of stairs, and reduced footprint of the pool. I have uploaded just the arch binder just to give you an idea, but can send over the rest as needed. Would love to collaborate on getting this done quickly if we can agree to the right price.
