We're looking for someone who understands Reddit deeply — not just posting, but building genuine community presence, driving organic SEO value, and setting up smart automations to scale efforts. ⚠️ Must have demonstrable experience growing brands or communities on Reddit. Generic social media managers will not be considered. ⚠️ Candidates with a high number of works in progress will not be considered. We need focused attention, not a side project. What You'll Do: Build and grow our presence in relevant health/wellness subreddits Create authentic, value-driven content that resonates with Reddit culture Develop Reddit-to-SEO strategy (capturing search traffic from Reddit threads ranking on Google) Set up automations for monitoring, alerts, and engagement workflows Track trending discussions and identify opportunities for organic participation Manage reputation and respond to brand mentions Report on traffic, engagement, and SEO impact Must-Haves: Proven track record growing a brand or community on Reddit (show us examples) Deep understanding of Reddit culture, rules, and what gets you banned Experience with Reddit's SEO value (threads ranking on Google, long-tail capture) Automation experience (monitoring tools, alerts, scheduled workflows — Phantombuster, PRAW, or similar) Ability to write in authentic, non-promotional voice that Redditors respect Analytics and reporting (tracking referral traffic, engagement metrics) Strong Plus: Experience in health, wellness, or DTC brands Familiarity with weight loss, men's health, or women's health communities Content repurposing (Reddit AMA → blog post → social clips) Experience with Reddit Ads Knowledge of compliance considerations for health-related content
