We are a U.S.-based recruitment operations team supporting multiple companies in the insurance and sales industries. As demand continues to grow, we are expanding our global network of recruitment support freelancers who can help us generate real, organic U.S.-based applicants using compliant job posting and sourcing methods. This is a long-term, performance-based project ideal for freelance recruiters, sourcers, VAs, or small teams experienced with U.S. job boards and structured workflows. 🔹 Responsibilities Your core responsibility is to attract qualified U.S. applicants using our approved materials and guidelines: Post and manage job ads using approved job titles and descriptions Use only organic, compliant sourcing methods (no scraping, bots, or automation) Submit new applicants every 24–48 hours via our shared tracking sheet Ensure complete and accurate applicant data (name, email, phone, U.S. state, source) Follow our Operations Manual and quality requirements Communicate clearly about posting activity and applicant volume 💼 Compensation & Structure This project is pay-per-verified applicant (not hourly): Starting rate: $0.40 per verified U.S. applicant Test milestone: 100 applicants = $40 Weekly payouts via Upwork for approved leads Rate increases available (up to $0.50 per applicant) based on volume and quality Long-term, ongoing work for consistent performers Freelancers are responsible for using their own job boards, posting accounts, or sourcing channels. We provide all materials, instructions, and QC. 🌍 Ideal Freelancer We’re looking for freelancers who: Have experience in recruiting, sourcing, HR support, VA work, or lead generation Are familiar with U.S. job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.) Can follow structured processes and quality rules Work independently and meet submission timelines Have (or can open) accounts capable of posting jobs for the U.S. market Communicate clearly in English (Spanish is a plus, not required) 📘 What We Provide Full Operations Manual and posting guidelines Approved job titles and job description samples Clear applicant qualification criteria Ongoing feedback and communication Flexible schedule and long-term collaboration potential 📌 How to Apply Please include the following in your proposal: A brief summary of your experience with recruiting or applicant sourcing The job boards or platforms you currently use Whether you have access to U.S.-capable job posting accounts Any past experience working on pay-per-lead or performance-based projects Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a brief Zoom call to review expectations and confirm next steps.
