We are seeking an experienced healthcare talent acquisition specialist to assist in recruiting a clinician via LinkedIn or other trusted platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment and be familiar with the clinical field. This role requires someone who can effectively use various recruitment tools to identify and attract top talent. Structure: hourly with a weekly cap (propose your rate); 2–4 weeks to start. Focus: identify and engage warm LinkedIn leads for mid-senior pediatric SLPs within 25 miles of Huntington Beach, CA (in-person role). Outcomes (total over 2–4 weeks): 40–60 verified prospects (with CA SLP license links), 15 warm replies, 8 scheduled intro screens with our clinic director. Bonuses (highest-stage only per candidate): $100 per approved phone screen, $250 per in-person interview, $2,000 per hire (paid 100% at 30 days).
