SUMMARY Focuses on generating candidates for specific positions while further developing the assessment skills used in matching candidates to clients criteria and offerings. RESPONSIBILITIES Sources, screens, and qualifies candidates based on fundamental criteria for Search and Consulting priority searches along with additional retained and contingency searches. Consistently and successfully sources candidates for specific positions. Generates quality leads for Consultants. Completes initial in-depth needs assessment to assess provider’s needs and wants. Effectively utilizes all appropriate sourcing resources available. Determines whether or not to keep contact with provider or turn over a provider to a Consultant for follow-up. Documents candidate's interest in other divisions of VISTA early in development and forwards information as appropriate. Demonstrates understanding of quality standards. Quality of candidates sourced and screened is demonstrated by candidates moving through the recruitment process (turnovers, number of Consultant's presentations to clients with candidates turned over along with interviews completed and placements) Demonstrates proficiency in sense of urgency, communication, Vista App, sourcing and strategic planning. Follows up on leads within 24 hours. Performs additional duties as requested by management REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE A minimum of a high school diploma preferred. Associates degree or bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service preferred. Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary software. Ability and willingness to cover interim staffing gaps. Willingness to expand working knowledge of the locum tenens business and stay informed about market and competitive issues through research and professional networking. Willingness to take classes and participate in learning opportunities, both within and outside the company. Strong organization skills. Is positive, approachable, and a professional representative of VISTA Staffing Solutions. Ability to take direction and perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Excellent computer and typing skills for data entry. Detail oriented, accurate, and excellent research skills. Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. Ability to adapt to change in the workplace. Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing. Ability to understand and meet performance metrics as outlined. Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task. Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task. Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
