Recruiting experience doing cold call recruiting through lists, emails, texts, phone calls of candidates sourced through LinkedIn Recruiter. Candidate should have their own access to either LinkedIn Recruiting Lite or Corporate Recruiter. BuildMyPlace is a rapidly growing Ecommerce business with their HQ in the US in Louisville KY. We have operations in the US, India, and the Philippines to support our US business. Should be comfortable working with young, early stage, entrepreneurial companies in start-up mode going through a high pace of scaling the staff. This role will require a high energy level. We expect 250 outbound calls, emails, inmails, texts to be made on a weekly basis 50/day for 20 hours per week. Our expectation is that 20 percent of these calls convert to initial pre-screening interviews. Our ideal recruiter should have a home computer set-up with a strong internet connection, be comfortable using tools like Notion and ATS systems to input information and following a structured interview guide. Candidate must currently be living in the Philippines and have specifically recruited for philippines positions most recently, big plus if you have experience with SDRs, BDRs, and marketing professionals from Digital Marketing Agencies.
