I’m looking for an experienced recruiter to help me source reliable remote call center agents based in Egypt. We run a lead generation business in the home improvement / construction space, and we need outbound callers who are comfortable with cold calling homeowners and booking appointments. This is not a one-time task - I’m looking for someone who can help build a long-term pipeline of quality agents. Your role would include: • Sourcing candidates in Egypt • Pre-screening for English, communication skills, and reliability • Coordinating test calls or short interviews • Helping us build a consistent hiring process Ideal experience: • Recruiting for call centers or BPO teams • Experience hiring remote agents • Familiar with cold calling / telemarketing roles • Comfortable working with hiring metrics and volume This will start as a trial project and can grow into a long-term role.
