Hello, I’m Tyler, owner of Coastal Mobile Chiropractic, We build corporate partnerships where local businesses and gyms sign 1-year contracts (after a short trial) for on-site chiropractic care for their employees or members. The ROI for our partners is 5–8x plus a massive employee perk — a true win–win model. Now, we’re expanding our sales division and need a recruiter who can find top-tier closers who thrive in B2B outreach and partnership selling. What You’ll Do You’ll handle the entire recruiting process — from sourcing to final shortlisting — to deliver highly qualified B2B sales candidates. Specifically, you’ll: -Use LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred) or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Indeed, etc to source high quality candidates. -Avoid passive job postings; we’re looking for proactive headhunting. -Screen candidates via messaging or short calls. -Create a Google sheets list of interested/uninterested leads & send me the top 3 qualified and pre-vetted candidates weekly. -Help coordinate interviews. Tools & Platforms (Required): -LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Premium -Indeed (non-Lite) for supplementary sourcing -Facebook/LinkedIn sales groups or direct outreach experience -Optional: Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, or similar outreach software (for volume DMs) To ensure consistent results, here’s what I expect: Week 1: Initiate outreach and contact 20+ qualified candidates Weeks 1–2: Present the first 3 pre-vetted high fit candidates, with at least 1 progressing to interview Weeks 2–3: Deliver a refined shortlist of final high-caliber candidates, with 1 finalist confirmed By Week 4: First salesperson fully onboarded and active Position: B2B Sales Representative Base Pay: $15/hr (heavy commission) 1099 Position Hybrid (Local In-Person Sales in Clearwater Area — Remote for Outreach & Admin) Commission: 10% recurring for life of each partnership (minimum 1 year business partnerships) The commission is recurring meaning they make 10% every single month for the life of the partnership Average Annual Earnings: $75,000–$125,000 Bonus: $1,000 after first closed partnership within 4 weeks Long-term perk: Tesla company car after 10 partnerships Average performer can easily make $100,000+ Candidate Performance Benchmarks: -Close 1 partnership within first 4 weeks (required) -Close at least 2 new partnerships per month ongoing -Maintain consistent relationship management and follow-ups Your performance will be evaluated by: -Speed: Number of days to deliver first qualified candidates -Quality: Fit and experience level of shortlisted candidates -Responsiveness: Timely communication and reporting -Results: At least one successful hire Next Steps If you’re confident you can find experienced closers, please include: -A quick summary of your B2B recruiter experience (healthcare/wellness preferred) -Confirmation that you actively use LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent -An estimated timeline for finding your first strong candidate If this first hire goes smoothly, I’ll continue using you to staff additional sales & other roles as we scale.
