We (small startup in USA) are "seeking a recruiter" to actively engage with potential candidates in Uzbekistan for a long-term remote job opportunity (from 6 weeks to 9 months depending on qualification). The recruiter's role involves posting job ads on various social media platforms and media channels to attract candidates residing in Tashkent, Samarkand, or nearby areas. Candidates must be available for in-person interviews with hirer who is coming to either city in early November. The recruiter must be fluent in English (nice if you can speak Korean too but not required) to communicate with us. Please send your approach and proposal! Basically, it is a digital artist job using computers. The potential candidates must be: * Fluent in Korean (because the instruction materials are in Korean), preferably with TOPIK 5 or 6 level in Korean language. * Good at Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, creating basic sketches given instruction or context. Must be able to draw or sketch human using these tools. * A dedicated team player who can commit 4 hours in the morning Monday-Friday local time (no work on weekend or holidays) * Generally good in computer skills, have interest in AI arts and tools (will educate candidates on this) You(recruiter) must be fluent in English or Korean to communicate with hirer regularly.
