As an LPN, you will play a key role in administering medication, performing assessments, and maintaining accurate medical records. This position offers… • Employee Assistance Program – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost  • Mileage Reimbursement – Company paid for work functions requiring travel • Employee Discounts – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition • Workplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce • Additional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more Key Responsibilities: • Administer medications to clients through various methods, including oral, injection, and self-administration, based on service line requirements. • Perform nursing assessments, including physical and mental health assessments and psychiatric screeners, in accordance with service line specifications. • Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and nursing assessments, ensuring compliance with service line standards. • Conduct medication administration record (MAR) reviews and monitor medication stock for housing clients. • Communicate effectively with clients regarding medication inquiries and manage refill requests with providers. • Verify client data and medical history during sessions, obtaining necessary preliminary health information. • Collaborate in timely documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and educational groups. • Function as a resource for nursing and medical inquiries, overseeing client health issues while working under nursing leadership. • Participate in all required meetings and perform additional duties as required by nursing leadership. Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice. • Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program. Additional Qualifications: • Must successfully complete background checks including criminal, driving, and abuse/neglect credentials. • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance required. Physical Requirements • ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull objects. • Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during the work shift. • Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may require walking or standing briefly.
