As we continue to scale, we are looking for a professional, energetic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for incoming sales calls. This role is critical to ensuring prospective customers have a smooth experience and are quickly connected to the right sales team members.

Role Overview

The Receptionist will answer inbound sales calls, warmly greet potential customers, qualify them using a provided script and criteria, and transfer qualified leads directly to our Account Executives. You’ll act as the "front door" to GetDandy’s sales organization and help ensure no opportunity is missed.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls promptly and professionally.
• Qualify leads by asking discovery questions and following a structured script.
• Transfer qualified calls directly to Account Executives or schedule follow-up appointments if they are unavailable.
• Capture caller details in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce or equivalent) with accuracy.
• Provide a positive first impression of GetDandy by delivering excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to continuously improve call qualification criteria.
• Assist with light administrative tasks as needed (logging notes, routing inquiries, managing call overflow).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception, call center, inside sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to listen actively, follow scripts, and think quickly on calls.
• Comfortable using CRM software and call handling systems.
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.04 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
