Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage calendars for appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required to support office operations.
Skills
- Proficient in computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Experience in calendar management to effectively coordinate schedules.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing and record maintenance.
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
