We are launching a new hiring campaign to bring on a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who will focus exclusively on on-market deal sourcing. You will work through a set of pre-filtered lists on LoopNet and Crexi, scan for viable opportunities, and compile daily or weekly deal reports. Your submissions will be reviewed internally for underwriting and feasibility analysis, so accuracy and consistency are essential. This is a long-term role with repeatable systems already in place. We simply need someone who can reliably execute. 1) Responsibilities - Review filtered LoopNet and Crexi lists daily or weekly for new on-market listings. - Identify potential multifamily or commercial value-add opportunities based on provided criteria. - Prepare a clean list of candidate deals with key property details. - Flag high-potential opportunities for internal underwriting review. - Maintain organized tracking of reviewed deals and submitted candidates. 2) Requirements - Minimum 2 years of Real Estate VA experience (commercial real estate strongly preferred). - Understanding of deal criteria, property types, and basic underwriting terminology. - Prior experience working with LoopNet, Crexi, or similar listing platforms. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a structured sourcing process. - High English proficiency (written). - Must be based in the Philippines. - Ability to work independently with reliable turnaround times. - Familiarity with multifamily or value-add strategies is a plus. 3) Tools You Will Use - LoopNet - Crexi - Google Sheets or Excel - Internal deal tracking templates - GoHighLevel
