Every project is shot in Sony S-Log3, and we pride ourselves on delivering premium visuals with fast execution. We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Video Editor who can color grade, edit high-quality short-form videos, and deliver consistent results within 24–48 hours. What You’ll Do Edit Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos that look cinematic and perform well online. Color grade S-Log3 footage to achieve professional contrast, accurate tones, and rich colors. Work on a mix of real estate tours, automotive showcases, and lifestyle videos. Add captions, transitions, sound design, and music sync for social media-ready content. Maintain fast and clear communication with our creative team. Deliver edits within 24–48 hours after receiving footage. What We’re Looking For Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro (color grading expertise required). Experience with Sony S-Log3 workflow (LUTs, color correction, exposure control). Strong understanding of composition, pacing, and storytelling for short-form content. Organized, communicative, and dependable — no missed deadlines. Access to strong internet connection and ability to handle 4K footage. Nice to Have Motion graphics experience (titles, overlays, lower thirds). Knowledge of After Effects or CapCut Pro for social optimization. Basic sound design and mixing. What We Offer Consistent, long-term editing work every week.
