We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support our brokerage on an as-needed, contract-to-close basis. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal direction. You must be capable of stepping in immediately, managing tasks efficiently, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Responsibilities: • Manage buyer and seller transactions from executed contract to closing on an as-needed basis • Open files accurately and ensure compliance with all real estate requirements • Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, title companies, and inspectors • Track deadlines, schedule inspections, and monitor contingency timelines • Draft contracts and addenda with accuracy and attention to detail • Upload, organize, and maintain documentation in the transaction system • Provide status updates to clients and agents as needed • Ensure all required documents are complete before closing • Maintain a smooth, organized, and professional experience for all parties involved Qualifications: • Minimum 1–2 years of real estate transaction coordination experience • Strong understanding of contracts, deadlines, and compliance • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple files without missing deadlines • Proficiency with Dotloop (required) • Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working independently If you are an experienced transaction coordinator who can deliver high-quality support on an as-needed basis and hit the ground running, we welcome your application.
