We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Pictures Editor to enhance and prepare property photos for listings, marketing materials, and client presentations. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, a strong sense of design, and the ability to transform raw images into polished, professional visuals that showcase properties in the best light. Responsibilities • Edit and retouch real estate photos for listings, brochures, and online platforms. • Correct lighting, color balance, and perspective to create clean, natural-looking images. • Remove imperfections and distractions (e.g., clutter, cables, small objects). • Apply sky replacements, window edits, and virtual staging when needed. • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and property marketing standards. • Deliver final images quickly and in the proper formats for web and print. Requirements • Proven experience with photo editing, ideally in real estate or architectural photography. • Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software. • Strong understanding of color correction, exposure, and image composition. • Ability to work with tight deadlines and high-volume editing requests. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with HDR blending and panoramic stitching.
