We are looking for a Real Estate Data Research Assistant to help identify potential off market property acquisition opportunities through legal and ethical data research. This is a non client facing, data focused role with no calling or direct outreach involved. All research must be conducted using authorized platforms and tools, adhering to privacy laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Search, compile, and organize property lead lists based on specific filters such as absentee ownership, vacancy status, or pre foreclosure indicators using tools like PropStream, BatchLeads, or similar legally compliant platforms. • Use your own licensed skip tracing software or public records tools to obtain up to date contact information, where legally allowed. • Scrub all leads against the National Do Not Call (DNC) registry (or its equivalent) to ensure full compliance with outreach regulations. • Organize all collected data into structured spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel). Access to these files will be shared securely via Upwork messaging after the contract is awarded to ensure work remains within the platform. • Consistently deliver 250–300 high quality, compliant leads per week, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. • Track and report on lead quality and compliance to support ongoing improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience using real estate data platforms and lead generation tools like PropStream, BatchLeads, or equivalents. • Ownership of and proficiency with your own licensed skip tracing or public records software to ensure legal and compliant data gathering. • Basic understanding of data privacy, DNC regulations, and ethical data handling practices. • Basic understanding of spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets or Excel. Project Terms: • This is an ongoing opportunity with weekly lead batch deliveries. • Payment terms are negotiable based on experience and mutual agreement. • Clear data templates and guidelines will be provided to ensure consistency.
