We are a real estate investment company based in California, USA, seeking a highly organized CRM & Data Manager to oversee our REsimpli system and manage our cold calling operation. This role is critical for keeping our leads clean, organized, and ready for our acquisitions team. You will manage the backend systems so our sales team can focus on closing deals. Responsibilities: • Purchase and upload new lead data monthly. • Filter, clean, and tag data to avoid duplicates and track sources. • Manage cold caller assignments, user permissions, and campaign setup. • Maintain a clean, efficient CRM to ensure smooth operations. • Generate daily and weekly reports on leads, conversions, and team performance. • Track follow-ups, nurture leads, and manage the sales pipeline. • Optimize processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy. Requirements: • Prior experience with REsimpli, Podio, FollowUpBoss, or similar real estate CRMs. • Understanding of U.S. real estate lead types (absentee owners, pre-foreclosures, etc.). • Strong data management and organizational skills. • Stable internet with a backup connection. • 30–40 hours per week availability. Preferred Skills: • Experience with cold calling team management. • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and data analysis. • Knowledge of U.S. real estate terminology and processes. Work Schedule: • Full-time: 40 hours per week. • Minimum 4 hours daily overlap with U.S. Pacific Time. • Long-term position with opportunities for growth.
