Summary I’m looking for a front-end dev who can build an interactive floating orb component for a React app. I already have a reference animation (a glossy black orb with slow rotation and soft lighting). Now I need it implemented in code and made responsive to the AI’s voice output, similar to the way Perplexity’s “Comet” animates when it speaks. The orb doesn’t have to be clickable. It just needs to move/react in sync with voice activity, same idea as Perplexity. What the orb should do: - Float and slowly rotate like the glossy orb in my reference video - Have a reflective, premium surface with subtle ambient lighting - Animate based on the AI’s state (idle, listening, thinking, speaking) - When the AI speaks, the orb should animate/react with small movements or pulses that match voice activity (again, like Perplexity at 00:40) - Light interactivity with cursor movement (a slight tilt or orientation shift)
