You will be provided with a list of leads and a well-crafted script, but we are looking for someone who can adapt quickly, follow the script effectively, and handle conversations with confidence. Your main goal will be to schedule appointments with prospective clients for our team. --- **Key Responsibilities:** - Make outbound phone calls to potential clients using the provided lead list - Engage prospects professionally, identify their needs, and book appointments - Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and answer any initial questions prospects may have - Track and maintain accurate records of call outcomes, booked appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM system - Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets Requirements: - Proven experience as a cold caller, appointment setter, or in a similar sales-focused role (preferably in real estate, but not required) - Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills with a neutral or light accent (please note, clear communication is key) - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay on target with minimal supervision - Goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics - Organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail **This is a remote position,** and you must have reliable internet and a quiet workspace. **Application Requirement:** To be considered, please share a **short audio recording** (1-2 minutes) introducing yourself and providing an example of how you would handle a cold call scenario.
