I manage 10+ short-term rental units in Virginia Beach and need an experienced bookkeeper who can take over all bookkeeping and set up a clean, automated system. Right now I: * Use QuickBooks to send invoices * Manually track every transaction in Notion * Upload receipts and reconcile everything myself This is time-consuming and not scalable. I want to get fully set up in QuickBooks Online (or your preferred cloud accounting software) and hand this off. What I’m looking for * Set up or clean up my QuickBooks file * Connect business bank and credit card accounts * Create rules for recurring vendors and common categories * Tag and track income/expenses by property * Match receipts that I forward by email * Reconcile accounts monthly * Provide simple monthly reports (P&L, property summaries) * Handle invoicing clients through QuickBooks as part of the process, if that’s workable within your system * Flag anything unusual or needing my review I’m flexible and open to following the workflow and process you think is best — I just want someone experienced to own the bookkeeping process end to end so I can focus on running and growing the business.
