The Role We are seeking an Accountant specialized in QuickBooks Online and Keeper.app who can thrive in an environment that demands extreme accuracy, speed, and endurance. You will work ridiculously long hours, you will face constant deadlines, and you will be expected to perform flawlessly under pressure. Responsibilities Own bookkeeping and accounting operations using QuickBooks Online and Keeper.app with zero tolerance for errors. Manage bank feeds, reconciliations, and financial cleanup work at an elite level. Support tax preparation and ensure books are airtight, always ready for filings and audits. Anticipate and solve accounting challenges before they become issues. Document, systematize, and strengthen financial processes to last generations. Work directly with leadership to execute financial strategies that create lasting wealth. Grind daily with full commitment — no shortcuts, no excuses. Requirements Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online and Keeper.app. Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, tax preparation, and financial reporting. Extreme attention to detail — mistakes are not an option. Ability to work long hours under high pressure with consistent performance.
