We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online (QBO) professional to clean up and organize our small business accounting file. The goal is to ensure accuracy, proper categorization, and reliable financial reporting. Scope of Work: • Review and clean up past transactions • Correct miscategorized expenses and income • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts • Fix duplicated or missing entries • Organize Chart of Accounts • Match payments, deposits, and vendor bills • Review outstanding balances and adjust where needed • Ensure books are accurate and ready for reporting or tax filing • Provide recommendations for maintaining clean books going forward Requirements: • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online • Knowledge of small business bookkeeping • Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot messy data • Experience with bank reconciliation and cleanup projects Deliverables: • Clean and updated QuickBooks Online file • Reconciled accounts • Summary report of issues found and actions taken If your experience matches our needs, we’d love to review your proposal.
