We are seeking a QuickBooks Cleanup Specialist to help us reconcile and organize our financial data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QuickBooks and be able to identify and rectify discrepancies in accounts. Your responsibilities will include cleaning up transaction records, categorizing entries, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. If you have experience in bookkeeping and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you! We have about 2 years of operations, and currently all of our connected accounts have quickbooks balances that do not match the actual balances. We have records of our payment activities and are doing our best to stay on top of expenses and bills as they come. We need help getting caught up, and creating a system to stay on top of it going forward.
