I run a Quality of Earnings (QoE) and Financial Due Diligence (FDD) firm and am looking for 1 contractor with real deal experience to lead an upcoming project from start to finish. At my firm we work with Amazing Entrepreneurs and have fun! Job Role: You’ll handle client communication, manage deliverables, and complete core diligence analyses — no hand-holding. Requirements: 1–2+ years of direct QoE or FDD experience (required) Must have a working phone for client calls — firm email and secure drive provided Must be generally online from 9am - 7pm EST (we take breaks throughout the day and work with some pacific clients) Apply if: I’m looking for a solo practitioner or someone part-time, currently working in a TAS shop and looking for a side hustle (Preferred not required!) Experience in Transaction Advisory, Big 4, or boutique diligence Strong grasp of U.S. GAAP, working capital, and EBITDA adjustments CPA/CFA preferred, not required U.S.-based preferred (remote OK) Bring a smile and excitement to work everyday.
