Job Description To support the Quality team under the Operation Excellence department, and apply coursework to real-world applications as a Quality Engineer Intern. Position involves conducting process investigations, supporting continuous improvement projects, and contributing to the development of quality engineering tools. What You Will Do at Graco Participate in process investigations by comparing documented Quality Management System (QMS) processes with current practices across multiple facilities Support improvement efforts using structured problem-solving tools. Assist in process mapping, documentation, and standardization of key quality processes. Contribute to the development and testing of new quality engineering tools to enhance efficiency and consistency Gather and analyze data to support root cause investigations and corrective actions Work with team members to identify opportunities for process alignment and efficiency gains Adapt to shifting priorities and provide timely support to the Quality team What You Will Bring to Graco Currently enrolled and pursing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering or comparable Engineering program. Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Interest in process improvement and quality systems Accelerators Experience with process mapping or workflow documentation tools Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar) Exposure to structured problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, PDAC, etc.) Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality-focused role At Graco, you truly make a difference. The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role.
