Key Responsibilities

Quality Testing and Control

  • · Perform Pre-operational Production checks, swabs and Sieve analysis.
  • · Conduct regular quality tests on our spice products to ensure they meet established specifications and standards.
  • · Analyze test results and report any discrepancies or deviations to the Quality Control Supervisor.
  • · Collaborate with the production team to ensure corrective actions are taken when necessary.

Documentation

  • · Maintain comprehensive records of all quality tests, their results, and any corrective actions taken.
  • · Ensure that all documents are filled out accurately, in detail, and are organized efficiently.
  • · Review documentation for compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Other Duties as assigned.
  • Requirements

Skills Needed to be successful in this position

  • · 3-4 years of Food quality or Food production experience is required.
  • · Must have a high sense of urgency and hold themselves accountable.
  • · Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • · Proficient with computers and data entry.
  • · Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • · No sensitivity to food or strong spice aromas.
  • · Willing to learn and obtain certifications if needed.
  • · Desire to be a part of a team and do great work.
  • · Strong & pleasant personality that can communicate effectively.
  • *Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Work Environment
  • This position operates on the production floor and inside our food lab. Must be able to work around strong spice aromas.

Important Details

  • The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $19 to $24 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary that we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, and business or organizational needs.
  • This is a full-time, onsite position during first shift Monday - Friday, and Saturdays if needed.
