Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Control Assitant/Clerical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our databases. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our information systems and supporting various administrative functions in our Quality department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the organization and maintenance of office records and files in the QC office.
• Input and update data into databases with a high level of accuracy and timely.
• Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats.
• Perform regular audits of data to ensure consistency and correctness.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of office records and files.
• Support administrative tasks as required, including clerical duties.

Skills

• Proficient in computer use.
• Experience with data entry and management in databases.
• Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently.
• Basic math skills for verifying data entries.
• Work efficiently and effectively with team.
• Knowledge of excel and Google Drive applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Hours of Operations: Monday through Friday, no weekends. In person work, remote work not offered for this position.

Hours: 5:20am-2:30pm
