Looking for QA tester for our integrated multi-ecosystem development, that can review functional specifications and user stories for all Wiznovy modules (tutoring, professional training, personal development, certification, AI library, freelancer marketplace, etc.). Develop and execute test cases to verify each module’s behavior and user interface consistency. Validate integration points between front-end, back-end, and database systems. Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility across devices. Test key workflows such as user onboarding, course enrollment, tutor-pro learner communication, payment gateways, certification generation, and AI-based recommendations. Identify inconsistencies in the platform’s personalization engine or recommendation logic. Verify proper access control and data integrity across roles (student, tutor, employer, admin). Design and maintain automated test scripts for repetitive workflows (e.g., login, subscription, booking, rating systems). Execute regression tests before each deployment or update to ensure no existing functionality breaks. Collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline. Detect, document, and track software defects using project management tools (e.g., Jira, or similar). Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce, prioritize, and resolve defects. Prepare detailed QA reports and communicate test results to stakeholders. Conduct load, stress, and performance testing to ensure Wiznovy can handle large-scale global traffic. Identify performance bottlenecks in the tutoring and marketplace systems. Perform basic vulnerability and data protection testing to ensure user data safety. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release reviews with the Product Manager and Development Team. Contribute to the QA process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. Define test standards, metrics, and acceptance criteria for Wiznovy modules. Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions with internal stakeholders and pilot users. Provide feedback on UX/UI improvements to enhance engagement and retention. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Product Owner, and AI/Tech teams to ensure AI features and analytics outputs meet functional and ethical standards.
